(**) Participants who are going to give an oral presentation at the conference are strongly advised to register (and pay the registration fee) as soon as possible,
and within the Early Registration period, in order to guarantee the inclusion of their talks in the Conference Program.
The registration fee includes:
- Organization of 1 minisymposium
- 1 Oral or poster presentation
- Bag with conference material
- Coffee-breaks
- Conference lunches
- Welcome reception
- Conference dinner and transportation
- Attendance / presentation certificate.
Accompanying persons are welcome to the social events.
Welcome reception (accompanying person): 20€
Conference dinner (accompanying person): 100€
* Those who register as MSc or PhD student must send a copy of their student card as proof of their status, to enumath2023@math.tecnico.ulisboa.pt, after registration and before paying the registration fee. Otherwise the student discount cannot be applied.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations before July 01, 2023 will be subject to a 20% processing fee.
- Cancellations from July 01 to July 31, 2023 will be subject to a 50% processing fee.
- No refunds will be granted for cancellation after July 31, 2023.
- If you have to cancel your participation and would like to be refunded, please send by e-mail a written request to enumath2023@math.tecnico.ulisboa.pt before July 31, 2023.
- Refunds will be issued after the Conference. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
- ENUMATH 2023 will not be responsible for any losses incurred by attendees, including (but not limited to) airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
